The Association of Mindfulness Arts develops and runs community based projects, supporting people to develop a personal understanding and experience of mindfulness practice.

The benefits of practising mindfulness are numerous and can be individual to each of us, based upon our particular characteristics and unique nature of who we are and how we think, act and engage with the world around us (see blog page: Why practice mindfulness?).

All our community projects are run on a not-for-profit basis, you can support these initiatives by contacting us to get involved directly, by reading more and spreading the word, and by trying one of our courses for yourself and helping to fund our community movements.
